Das Ziel des Vorhabens ist eine Monographie zu dem Thema der Isonomie, die Genese und Entwicklung sowohl des mit der Isonomie verbundenen politischen Geschehens wie auch der ordnungstheoretischen Vorstellungen epochenübergreifend von der archaischen Zeit bis in die Spätantike behandeln wird.

The aim of the project is to write a monograph on the subject of isonomia, which will deal with the genesis and development of both the political events associated with isonomia and the theoretical notions of order across epochs from archaic times to late antiquity.
