Design, synthesis and characterization of novel multicomponent photocatalytic nanomaterials supported on the surface of biomass-derived carbonaceous supports, the study of their activity selective catalytic photo-transformations of lignocellulose-based model compounds and the correlation of their performance with the composition, surface and textural properties, distribution and accessibility of the active sites.
